How we plan to evaluate professional backgrounds during the technology interview pilot.
Background information
Professionals should provide accurate information about their function, seniority, experience, and company background. We may request a work email, LinkedIn profile, resume, or other reasonable evidence.
What verification means
Verification means that Get Above Bar has reviewed information supporting a professional profile. It does not mean that the professional speaks for an employer, that an employer endorses the platform, or that every claim has been independently audited.
Confidentiality
Professionals must not share confidential employer information, interview questions, customer data, source code, or trade secrets. Candidates should also protect confidential information from their current or prospective employers.
Updates and removal
We may request updated information, pause a profile, or remove access when information is inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with platform policies.
