Pre-launch service

Get Above Bar is currently an early-access and pilot service. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, guarantee a professional match, or guarantee a session, job, badge, or referral.

Sessions and information

Any session details, price, availability, deliverable, cancellation terms, and payment terms will be confirmed before a paid session. You are responsible for providing accurate information and respecting applicable confidentiality obligations.

Referrals

Referrals are optional, independent, subject to employer policies, and never guaranteed. A session fee never purchases a referral or hiring outcome.

Professional participation

Professionals are responsible for describing their experience accurately, following employer policies, protecting confidential information, and providing services in a professional manner. Get Above Bar does not claim that any professional represents or speaks for their employer.

Educational information

Website content, feedback, and sessions are educational and informational. They are not legal, immigration, financial, employment, or hiring advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, share confidential employer information, or use the service to discriminate, harass, or deceive.
