Referrals are optional, independent, subject to employer policies, and never guaranteed.

What a session covers

A session fee covers the agreed consulting or structured mock interview service and the feedback provided. It does not purchase access to a hiring manager, a referral, an interview, or a job.

Professional independence

Professionals decide independently whether to refer a candidate. They must follow their employer's policies, disclose conflicts where appropriate, and use their normal referral process.

No outcome promise

Get Above Bar does not control employer hiring decisions, referral bonuses, interview invitations, or job offers. Candidates should evaluate opportunities and advice independently.
